Stage 3

Ages 5-7

In Stage 3, kids take the lead. These classes are designed for ages 5–7, where children are ready to move confidently on their own. Through fast-paced games and challenges, they sharpen balance, coordination, and speed while building resilience and teamwork. Stage 3 is the bridge from parent-supported play to independent skills that prepare kids for every sport — and for a lifetime of healthy movement.

Stage 3 Overview

  • Duo's programs are designed to significantly enhance children's overall athleticism, focusing on developing strength, agility, coordination, and endurance.

  • Our activities aim to improve children's ability to run, jump, catch, and throw with precision, helping them develop essential motor skills for various sports and daily activities.

  • Duo offers a variety of fun and engaging games that captivate children's interest and keep them excited about physical activity, making exercise enjoyable and something to look forward to.

  • Unlike stages 1 and 2, stage 3 is without parent involvement.
