A Family Movement Event!

Join us for our Fall Duo Race — a fun, fast-paced outdoor movement event for kids and families of all ages!
Whether you and your child wants to sprint, jog, or skip their way to the finish line, this is a celebration of movement, confidence, and community.

Date & Time:

Race Day Schedule – October 12th, 2025

• Check in starts at 3:45 PM
  Pick up your racing gear and get ready to move!

• 1/4 Mile Run — Starts at 4:30 PM
  Perfect for our youngest racers, followed by awards at 4:40 PM

• ½-Mile Run — Begins at 4:45 PM
  For ages 5–7, with awards presented at 5:20 PM.

• 1-Mile Run — Begins at 5:00 PM
  For ages 8–12, with awards to follow at 5:20 PM.

Event Details:

• 1/4 mile Race (age 2-3) celebrate children’s ability to participate in their first race - $12

• 1/2 Mile – Great for younger runners (age 4-7) - $12

• 1 Mile – Ideal for anyone ready to push themselves! (age 8-12) - $12

• What to Expect on Race Day:

  • Coach-led warm-up at prior to each race
    Get moving with fun, high-energy activities to shake out the wiggles and prep for the big race!

  • Marked course with cones, music, and cheering coaches
    Our course is easy to follow, full of energy, and lined with encouragement from start to finish.

  • Finisher certificates for all + awards for top racers
    Every participant receives a Duo finisher certificate, and we’ll award 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place in each race category.

  • Parents, join the fun!
    At Duo, movement is more fun together. Parents are encouraged to run, walk, or cheer alongside their child to boost confidence and celebrate every finish line as a team.
