Ages 5–8 | 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM | North Sports Field

Welcome to Duo Fall Camp, where movement meets imagination in a playful, nurturing environment.

Designed for kids ages 5-8, our full-day camps are built on the belief that all children deserve to enjoy physical activity—whether they’re future athletes or simply love to wiggle, jump, and play.

What Makes Camp Duo Different?

  • Adults and children participating in an outdoor activity on a grassy field, with colorful cones set up for a race or obstacle course, under a partly cloudy blue sky.

    Play-Based Movement

We turn coordination and gross motor development into an adventure. Think obstacle courses, dancing, balancing games, silly relays, and creative group challenges—always age-appropriate and joy-filled.

  • A young girl with messy hair holding a soccer ball on a grassy field.

    Parent-Free Confidence

While our regular Duo classes include parents, summer camp gives kids a chance to stretch their independence in a safe and familiar structure—guided by trained, supportive coaches who specialize in early childhood.

  • Group of children and adults playing with a colorful parachute with balloons on a grassy field under a partly cloudy sky.

    No Pressure, All Fun

This is not a sports tryout. There are no teams to make, games to win, or scores to keep. Duo Camp is about moving your body, trying new things, and feeling great doing it.

  • A man and two boys sitting at a table outdoors, smiling and making a thumbs-up gesture, with sports water bottles and snacks on the table.

    Social Connection

Campers will build friendships, practice cooperation, and experience the joy of group play through themed activities, story-based movement, and open-ended games.

  • A woman and a young girl sit on a grassy field, giving each other a high five during an outdoor activity. The woman is wearing sunglasses and a blue jacket, while the girl wears pink sunglasses and a blue T-shirt. There are small orange and red cones and a blue cone on the ground, with a cityscape and mountains in the background.

    Structured Rhythm, Creative Flow

Each morning follows a predictable rhythm—warm-ups, movement stations, creative play, water breaks, and reflection time—blended with imaginative themes like “Jungle Explorers,” “Dino Dash,” or “Superhero Training.”
