FAQ

What ages can join Duo?

  • Weekly Classes: Ages 2–7 (Stage 1–3).

  • Camps: Ages 5–8.

  • After Camp Care: Ages 5–10.

  • Races & Special Events: Up to age 12.

Duo grows with your child, offering age-appropriate ways to move, play, and build confidence.

Do parents participate in classes?

Yes — in Stage 1 and Stage 2 (ages 2–5), parents join the fun. Kids love having a parent right there, and it boosts confidence while strengthening your connection. By Stage 3 (ages 5–7), kids participate independently — but parents stay involved by cheering and encouraging from the sidelines.

What skills will my child gain?

Duo builds balance, coordination, speed, and confidence through fun, play-based activities. These are the foundations for every sport — soccer, baseball, dance, gymnastics — and they also set kids up for a lifetime of healthy movement.

My child is shy or not very athletic. Will Duo work for us?

Absolutely. Duo is designed for all kids, not just the “natural athletes.” The games are fun and flexible, and our coaches celebrate every small win. Parents tell us their kids come out of their shell and surprise them with new confidence.

Where are classes and events held?

Duo programs run at parks, schools, and indoor spaces across Denver (including Central Park). Exact locations are listed at registration.

Do you offer a trial class?

Yes — your first class is free. We want every family to experience Duo before committing to a season.

What if we miss a class?

We offer make-up options within the same season, so your child doesn’t miss the progress or the fun.

Do you run programs year-round?

Yes. Duo runs weekly classes year-round, plus seasonal camps, after-camp care, and races. Even in the winter, kids stay active indoors.

What do kids need to bring?

Just comfortable clothes, sneakers, and a water bottle. We provide all the equipment.
